Is a  one-on-one process  involves treatment aimed at helping individuals address emotional, psychological, or behavioral concerns. It includes talking about life experiences, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and using techniques to understand and cope with challenges. The goal is to support you in making positive changes to improve your well-being. Psychotherapy has both benefits and risks.
